Arab Muslim scholars used this approach in chemistry, physics, astronomy, medicine, and to some extent in mathematics, and they realized that its user must be qualified at the theoretical level. This stage is necessary and represents a necessary condition, and in light of it the problem is defined. Then comes the stage of direct observation of the phenomenon.
